About Us
The goals of GP Liaison
- Improved communication between General Practitioners and Hospital doctors that will lead to better coordination of patient care.
- Increased understanding of the role of the General Practitioner in the health care team.
- Improved relationships between Hospital staff and General Practitioners.
- General Practice input to hospital service planning and implementation.
Staff
The GP Liaison Officer is a GP with experience within the General Practice and Hospital setting. It is currently Dr David Oldham.
