How to obtain Research Approval (including forms)

• The Standard Operating Procedures provide information for researchers on the submission and approval process.  This document also includes information on the amendment and reporting requirements.

• A fee is payable on submission for studies which are fully-sponsored by external agencies (e.g. pharmaceutical companies). Additional fees may be charged for amendments to existing studies.  All fee information can be found in the Standard Operating Procedures
