We strive to ensure every patient has a positive experience at SCGH. Your feedback lets us know what we are doing well and where we could improve.

If you would like to compliment us or make a complaint about your experience contact our Patient Liaison Service on (08) 9346 2867 or email SCGHPatientLiaisonService@health.wa.gov.au.

The Patient Liaison Service will pass on any compliments to the relevant departments and staff.

All complaints are investigated thoroughly.  SCGH will endeavour to respond to complaints within 30 working days.

If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may wish to contact the Office of Health Review, the independent agency which investigates complaints about health services, on free call 1800 813 583.
