The SolarisCare Cancer Support Centre provides free information, support and complementary integrated therapies to all cancer patients and their primary carers throughout Western Australia. It is at the forefront of integrating complementary therapies in conjunction with mainstream healthcare in both public and private hospitals (SJOG).

SolarisCare provides a range of information and educational programs to the public and patients including the Carers Course, information on short term accommodation for those receiving treatment, a wide range of pamphlets on various cancers and support networks, and links to national and international web sites.  SolarisCare Research Department has collaborative links with Curtin University and the University of Western Australia.

The Cancer Support Centre is a community based healthcare organisation providing a ‘listening ear’ in a safe and relaxed environment. All complementary integrated therapies at SolarisCare such as counselling, remedial massage, kinesiology or reiki, are provided by qualified volunteer therapist and go hand in hand with mainstream medical treatment.
