Outpatient Referrals

Referrals to be made on request form and faxed to (9346 3610) to the Department.

Reports will be faxed to the referring doctor, usually on the evening of reporting and the report and images posted the next day.

There is no gap or charge payable by patients privately referred to this department as outpatients.
