The Western Australian Freedom of Information Act 1992 gives people a right to apply for access to certain documents and files held by SCGH.  Some documents are exempt from the Act and may not be released.

Requests for non-personal information incur a fee of $30 plus charges associated with collecting the information. We are legally required to respond within 45 days.
