Community Advisory Council

The SCGH Community Advisory Council works to improve the hospital experience for patients.

The Council, which meets monthly, comprises representatives from SCGH, the Health Consumer's Council, the voluntary sector, the local community as well as patients.

The Council provides a vital link between the Hospital and its patients and the local community. Members provide a consumer's perspective on Hospital services and operations. They review the performance of the Hospital and provide advice and input to the Hospital executive.
